Forbes România wrote in March 2018 that Globalworth Campus I, with roughly 29,400 square meters of leasable space, was one of the seven office buildings delivered in Bucharest the previous year. The same article showed that Globalworth wanted to have four buildings in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area in 2018: Campus I, BOB Tower, BOC Tower and Campus II.

According to the owner, the complex has BREEAM Excellent certification. BREEAM is a British system that rates buildings by environmental performance.

Forbes România wrote in March 2019 that, after the crisis, investment went mainly to areas such as Dimitrie Pompeiu and Floreasca – Barbu Văcărescu, while Pipera-Nord was left behind. The campus is near the Quartier du Nord projects.
