Three buildings on Gara Herăstrău

Green Court Bucharest is at 4 Strada Gara Herăstrău, in Sector 2. The official page of the developer, Skanska, calls it the company’s first commercial project in Romania.

The complex has three office buildings, each with 12 floors above ground, and 837 underground parking spaces, according to the Skanska page. The owner says all three buildings are LEED Gold certified.

Sold in three stages

Skanska sold the buildings to Globalworth one by one, in 2015 and 2017. Building A, with approximately 19,500 leasable square meters, was bought in 2015. Building C, with approximately 16,300 square meters, put into use in June 2016, was sold in 2017 for 38 million euros. Skanska’s 2017 press release states that, with this sale, the buyer came to own the entire complex.

The sources give different totals for the area of the whole complex, between 52,000 and 54,300 leasable square meters, so the page does not state a total.

The fourth building

Ziarul Financiar wrote on December 3, 2025 that Globalworth is building Green Court D, the fourth building in the complex. It will have 16,500 square meters, 11 floors and three parking levels, and delivery is scheduled for 2027. The announced target is LEED Platinum and WELL Health & Safety certification. Excavation work was under way, and about 30% of the space was already pre-leased.

Around the buildings

Green Court is on the same street as Globalworth Square and Equilibrium, and the area is near the Quartier du Nord projects.
