The Belgian developer
The complex was developed by the Belgian group Atenor. A piece from Agenda Construcțiilor, written in 2012, shows that the project had three phases and that Atenor started the first in 2011. The general contractor for the first phase was Alpine Bau. According to the same piece, Building B had approximately 18,000 leasable square meters and was designed to Class A standard, with approximately 2,000 square meters per floor.
The sources do not agree on the year work began (October 2010 in Ziarul Financiar, 2011 in Agenda Construcțiilor), so the page does not state a date.

On May 11, 2021, Atenor announced the sale of its subsidiary NGY Properties, the owner of the complex, to the Adventum group, through the Adventum Quartum fund. Eurobuild CEE reported the transaction and described the complex as having 75,000 square meters, across three buildings.
The article also mentions BREEAM certification, but the level cannot be read in full in the source, so the page does not state it.
