A park in Pipera
Novo Park is in the Pipera area. According to a Bursa.ro article of September 30, 2014, the complex has seven office buildings, with approximately 75,000 square meters of leasable space and 1,100 parking spaces. The same source says the park was developed by Genesis Development, a company led by the businessman Liviu Tudor.
How it grew
The project expanded in phases. Wall-Street.ro wrote in September 2006 that the park had around 27,000 square meters, including Building E, which was then under construction. By 2014, the figure had reached approximately 75,000. The difference reflects the expansions after 2006.
Wall-Street.ro said in 2006 that the park was delivered to the market in 2005. The page does not state a starting year, because that is the only source for it.
Certification
Bursa.ro notes that Novo Park received BREEAM certification, at the Very Good level. BREEAM is a British system that rates buildings by environmental performance.
A coffee shop in the park
Bursa.ro wrote in September 2014 that a Starbucks coffee shop of approximately 200 square meters had opened in the park, on the ground floor of Building D. The article calls it the first coffee shop of its kind in an office park in Romania.
