Oregon Park is at 46–48 Pipera, in Sector 2. The developer is Portland Trust, a company owned by the British businessman Robert Neale, according to Capital magazine. The complex has three office buildings, with approximately 70,000 square meters of leasable space, according to the business press.

A phased project

Forbes România wrote in March 2019 that Oregon Park was completed between 2015 and 2018. A Capital article of February 21, 2018 said the last building was due to be finished at the end of that year, and that the development had cost around 140 million euros.

The sale

Portland Trust put the complex up for sale in 2018. Capital then estimated a price of approximately 180 million euros. Forbes România notes that the property was sold to the fund Lion's Head Investments for approximately 160 million euros. The two amounts differ, so the page does not state a transaction value.

The Pipera area

Forbes România wrote in 2019 that Pipera-Nord has lost its former shine compared with Dimitrie Pompeiu and the Floreasca – Barbu Văcărescu area. Oregon Park appears, alongside Swan Office & Technology Park, among the representative buildings in the article’s table. The complex is near the Quartier du Nord projects.
